Each week, you'll have a 1-on-1 progress check-in to assess your progress and make adjustments as needed. Additionally, you'll have ongoing 1-on-1 support to help you stay on track. The program also includes daily progress monitoring, group live workshops, and an ongoing community for support and accountability. This 15-week program is designed to provide you with digital and 1on1 coaching to help you improve your nutrition, fitness, and mental performance. The program includes additional resources such as yoga, meditation, and breath-work to enhance your overall wellness. The hybrid format of the program allows you to workout in the gym or at home, making it convenient for your schedule. The time commitment for this program is 30-45 minutes, 5-6 days a week.
